Carefully Packed, With a Personal Touch

We know how exciting it is to receive supplies for your next dollmaking project, and we take great care when preparing your order.

Our aim is to get your lovely dollmaking goodies safely on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process orders within 24 hours on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders received over the weekend or on a bank holiday will normally be processed on the next working day.

We usually dispatch orders Monday to Friday, as weekend dispatch generally does not provide any advantage in delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal or courier service used.

We always aim to get your lovely dollmaking supplies on their way as quickly as possible!

UK Delivery

We use suitable postal and parcel delivery services according to the size, weight and destination of your order.

Royal Mail First Class

First Class deliveries will normally be expected within approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time.

Parcels Over 2 kg

Packages weighing over 2 kg will normally be sent using a suitable parcel delivery service.

A signature may be required on delivery, depending on the carrier and service used.

Please remember that delivery times are separate from order processing times.

Packaging – A Little Help for the Environment

Wherever possible, we reuse clean, sturdy boxes that are in excellent condition.

Not only does this help reduce unnecessary packaging waste, but it also allows us to give perfectly good boxes another journey!

We do not charge a separate packaging fee.

Your dollmaking supplies will always be packed with care, whether we use a new box or a carefully selected recycled one.

International Shipping

We welcome enquiries from customers outside the United Kingdom.

As international shipping costs can vary considerably depending on the destination, parcel weight and size, please contact us for a delivery quotation before placing your order.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's import requirements before ordering.

International Shipping Charges

Postal and courier charges can change, particularly for overseas destinations.

If the delivery cost calculated for an order is incorrect or additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you to explain the difference and request your agreement before dispatching your order.

You will have the opportunity to accept the revised delivery charge or discuss cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

We will not add unexpected shipping charges without first obtaining your agreement.

Parcels Returned by Customs

Occasionally, an international parcel may be refused, remain unclaimed or be returned by customs.

If this happens, please contact us so we can review the circumstances.

Any refund, including whether shipping or return charges may lawfully be deducted, will be handled according to the reason for the return and applicable consumer law.

Where goods are returned, we will inspect them and process any refund due in accordance with your statutory rights.
